Best day. Possibly ever.
The leash appeared and I knew immediately that something wonderful was about to happen. We went to a new place that smelled like soap, warm air, and so many dogs that I almost forgot to walk in a straight line! I greeted everyone. I tried to greet the same dog twice. I believe we bonded.
A new human took me to a room where there was water, and not just any water, but warm water. I love water. There were bubbles, which I attempted to taste. They were not snacks, and apparently my ICK face was epic.
Then the wind machine turned on. It was loud and exciting and it tried to push my ears into the next dimension. I stood there with my whole face in the air because clearly this was a game. The human laughed. I think I won.
Then came brushing, which felt like being turned into a cloud one piece at a time. So much fur left my body. I assume it will grow back stronger.
When it was all done, I was bigger. Not in size, but in fluff. My coat was soft, my super model legs were magnificent, and I smelled like something very important. My human was so happy when she saw me, which made me even happier, which made everything better.
This was the best outing. I hope we go back again.
